- The EVB-IT Cloud basic contract covers agreements for Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Managed Cloud Services (MCS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
- EVB-IT Maintenance S
- This type of contract governs the obligations associated with the maintenance of standard software. Depending on the agreement, this may include the provision of upgrades or new versions or the correction of defects. It does not include further development or troubleshooting of the software, but only the provision of the corresponding error corrections.
- EVB-IT Services
- The contract obliges the contractor to provide the following services (or a selection thereof): consulting, training, and project/implementation support.
- EVB-IT Maintenance
- The services to be provided include, among others, restoring operational readiness (fault correction) and maintaining operational readiness (preventive maintenance). This type of contract applies exclusively to hardware, not software.
