Digitalization always succeeds – DiALOG Club ‘23 in Heilbronn

(Heilbronn) The DiALOG Club '23 opened its doors on October 19/20 at the Parkhotel Heilbronn. This year, only TQG customers were invited to the exclusive user meeting under the motto "Digitalization always succeeds".

It was two intensive days for the participants of the LCM UserGroup. At the Customer Talk, customers reported on their everyday life with smartLCM and offered insights into their daily work with the platform. In the workshops, everyone's input and ideas counted. Together, suggestions and wishes for the further development of the TQG businessApp platform ® were formulated and presented in three thematic groups.

In the evening, the DiALOG Club kitchen team around star chef Benedikt Faust welcomed the guests to a unique digitalization cooking show. Benedikt Faust conjured up a three-course menu full of surprises and chatted from his experience as a chef and cook in front of the TV camera.

Parallel to the show cooking, exciting keynotes provided entertainment. In his presentation "Hope is not strategy", Christian Underwood provided surprising figures and examples of why strategy in companies is often the area that is least digitized. Frank Schmidt took an interesting look at the topic of artificial intelligence in his keynote "Out of the silos - into life!": Who does it replace, who doesn't, and how can humans strengthen their role in collaboration with digital machines.

In the cozy lounge everyone could enjoy the delicacies from Benedikt Faust's kitchen and had enough time for conversations and exchange.

On the second day, the Platform News offered a look into the future and presented the news of the upcoming release. The Expert Talk brought a productive event to a close.

"We say thank you for taking the time," said Violetta Weber, head of the LCM UserGroup, in farewell. "And look forward to seeing you again at the next club on October 10-11, 2024."
