DiALOG Fachforum 2018: The Quality Group blickt erneut auf eine sehr erfolgreiche und ausgebuchte Veranstaltung zurück

(Düsseldorf/Böblingen) The Quality Group can look back on a successful event as Premium Partner and organiser of DiALOG Fachforum 2018. The Expert Forum for Enterprise Information Management, which took place on April 26th and 27th 2018 in Düsseldorf, Germany, was fully booked.

Over the two exciting and intensive days, more than 150 visitors learned why everyone can digitise. Keynotes on the digital strategy of a global player, the trend topic Blockchain as well as the forthcoming amendment of data protection (GDPR) and a plea for more common sense in business were the framework for more than 20 lectures on current topics of digital change.

"Digitisation moves everyone of us", said Steffen Schaar, technical director and main presenter of the congress. "In keeping with the event's motto, ‘Everyone can digitise’, the DiALOG Fachforum as a meeting place for thought leaders and trendsetters has illuminated many aspects and facets of these questions and offered answers for everyone".

Stefan Schiller, Senior Account Manager, presented modern digital working in legal departments with the help of Legal Tech Apps. "With an app construction kit, such as the TQG businessApp platform®", said Schiller, "anyone can configure their own apps in accordance with their business processes using Business Process Management (BPM).

Data protection, also a facet of digitisation, was the focus of the practical lecture by Nils Scharifi, Senior Account Manager. In his presentation, he showed attendees the Data Protection Dashboard App, which can be used, for example, to actively design and monitor the processes for data protection impact assessments.

Dr. Ulrich Geck and Marius Stumpf, NÜRNBERGER Versicherung, presented a successful example of digital work with "NOVEM - NÜRNBERGER OnlineVertragsManagement" at the Award Factory. Last year, the project was awarded the DiALOG-Award, among other things because, according to the jury, it perfectly implemented digitalisation as a competitive factor in the organization. The two speakers emphasised that for sustainable project success it is absolutely necessary to keep all users up-to-date and informed in a variety of ways.

An integral part of the congress is always the annual user meeting of the LCM UserGroup, to which more than 30 users met this year.

The main topic of this meeting was the current LCM version smartLCM Knight, which was shown live in practice for the first time. "We are very pleased with the great interest and positive response to smartLCM Knight and our TQG businessApp platform®," says Nadja Wachter, head of the LCM UserGroup. In addition to the information part, the participants again had the opportunity to discuss and design the further development of the TQG businessApp platform® with regard to technical basis, process modelling and the user interface in three workshops.

"The opportunity for discussion and participation was very well received again and met with a very positive response from users," says Ralf Liebig, Head of Product Management. "Many of our customers have recognised that the LCM UserGroup is their chance to actively participate in the further development of the TQG businessApp platform®

In addition, the event naturally also offered plenty of time for exchanging experiences and networking among users and with experts from TQG. "The two days were over much too quickly," says one user. "Especially the interactive parts for design and cooperation have given me a lot of impulses for everyday life".

"We look forward to seeing all our customers and partners again at the next congress", said Nadja Wachter. "The LCM UserGroup and DiALOG Fachforum 2019 will be a home game for us when the event takes place on 16th and 17th May in Stuttgart.
