The security parameters of the TQG businessApp cloud platform
The provision of our services and SLAs are based on the proven long-term cooperation and partnership with strategic German partners. The TQG businessApp cloud platform is operated in a German data centre, which is certified by recognised auditors according to ISO 9001 and 27001 and is regularly renewed. All data centre servers on which we operate our products meet the latest and most secure standards for a reliable performance and availability promise. All servers are located in Germany.
Automated data backups protect you in the event of data loss. Security is further enhanced by the fact that the backups are stored separately from the operating server.
- All data in the specialised application is transmitted using SSL encryption.
- By default, access is established via an IP whitelist, a client certificate or ideally via a VPN connection.
- The data and documents encrypted via SSL are stored synchronously encrypted on our servers (AES-256-CBC).

Alle Server des Rechenzentrums, auf denen wir unsere Produkte betreiben, entsprechen den aktuellsten und sichersten Standards für ein zuverlässiges Leistungs- und Verfügbarkeitsversprechen. Alle Server stehen in Deutschland.Automatisierte Datensicherungen schützen Sie bei Datenverlust. Die Sicherheit wird zusätzlich dadurch erhöht, dass die Backups örtlich getrennt vom Betriebsserver gespeichert werden.
- Sämtliche Daten der Fachanwendung werden SSL verschlüsselt übertragen.
