DiALOG Expert Forum 2017: The Quality Group looks back at a highly successful event

(Hamburg/Böblingen) As a premium partner and organizer of the DiALOG 2017 – Expert Forum for Enterprise Information Management, which took place over 11th and 12th May in Hamburg, The Quality Group is delighted to draw a wholly positive conclusion.

More than 150 visitors underlined once again the importance of the only conference for Enterprise Information Management in German-speaking countries in the industry. "How does digital transformation change your professional and private lives? How do you master the agile challenges of digitization? What is your digital strategy? Digitization is a challenge for everyone", said Steffen Schaar, organizer and host of the congress. "DiALOG 2017 as a meeting point for thinkers and trendsetters has highlighted many aspects and facets of these questions and offered answers for everyone. The themes of smart digital working and secure activity, supported by the apps of the TQG businessApp platform® LCM, were introduced in a presentation by Nils Scharifi, Senior Account Manager at TQG. The key to success, according to Scharifi, is a cross-departmental, user-friendly platform for all relevant processes, contracts, preliminary contracts, case files or documents. Only with clear responsibilities and authorizations can complete access and process security be achieved.

Within the framework of the Practice Factories, a successful example of digital work was presented by Anouk Bender and Bianca Neumair, from Hubert Burda Media, in their lecture "OneBCM - Success is Plannable". The approach to the introduction of the LCM solution and the use of various communication measures also attracted great interest from everyone who attended the lecture, leading to numerous interested inquiries.

Parallel to the congress, more than 30 customers came together for the annual user meeting, the LCM UserGroup. After a review of the LCM UserGroup 2016 and the presentation of the current LCM version "LCM Smart Generation One", the participants had the opportunity to actively discuss and shape the further development of the TQG businessApp platform® LCM in three different workshops. "This opportunity for participation was met with a very positive response from the users", says Nadja Wachter, Head of the LCM UserGroup. "Many of our customers have realized that the LCM UserGroup is an opportunity to actively participate in the development of the TQG businessApp platform® prior to the next release of SmartLCM Knight." And, of course, the exchange of experiences and the networking undertaken by the users did not disappoint.
The 6th DiALOG Expert Forum in Hamburg once again offered the opportunity for discussion and exchange among the LCM users, which they were delighted to make the very most of.
The participants met in three different workshop groups. One workshop, for example, focused on the preferred personal desktop layout of the business users for the BusinessApp platform. Others dealt with various technical aspects of the LCM application. For Clemens Zwisler, Senior Consultant, "The DiALOG and the LCM UserGroup were an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas with people from their own and other projects."
To help facilitate this knowledge transfer, the UserGroup created a pleasant working atmosphere, which supported the creativity of the participants. It all led to led to numerous great ideas and excellent impulses for the current and future LCM versions. After summarizing the results, it became clear what core features and other desires users were focused on. LCM Product Management was highly successful in gaining valuable new ideas and insights.

Another course celebration was the awarding of the 4th DiALOG Award "Excellence with EIM", which went to insurance company NÜRNBERGER Versicherung for its project "NOVEM - NÜRNBERGER Online Contract Management", which had been realized together with The Quality Group. The jury said that it was especially impressed by “the passionate approach of 'people, organization and IT' and how the 'head to toe' concept was implemented. Uncertainty was transformed into measurable revision safety - digitization perfectly implemented as a competitive factor in the organization!” As the prize-winner, NÜRNBERGER Versicherung will present its award-winning project at the DiALOG Expert Forum 2018.

"We are looking forward to seeing all our customers and partners at the next Expert Forum", said Simon Feess, Head of Organization at DiALOG. "The LCM UserGroup and the DiALOG 2018 Expert Forum will be held in Düsseldorf!"
