(Boeblingen) “EIM - Values instead of functions” is the title topic of the new issue of the DiALOG magazine for Enterprise Information Management. With the focus topic „Digitization“, the 2017 issue of the magazine is a collection of items on current topics, best practice reports, trends and visions from users, experts and researchers in the subject of the company-wide use of Enterprise Information Management. All of the articles focus on the strongly held belief that a structured, secure and networked use of data leads to lasting knowledge and activity management.
Speaking about the publication, Cornelia Geiselhart, the Magazine’s Editor, said: “DiALOG Magazine sees itself as a platform for information and networking, as well as a guide for the approaches, successes and trends of digital transformation in companies and, above all, with people. Experts, scientists, users, project managers and trendsetters describe their practical experiences and solutions for successfully managing agile challenges in their company.”
Steffen Schaar, editor-in-chief, explained: “We are especially proud to report on the DiALOG Award 2016 winners in this issue, who detail their projects together with an invitation to reproduce them, as well as net-working. As always, the name of the magazine, ‘DiALOG’, remains the substance of the agenda and the challenge is to provide competent and, as far as possible, comprehensive information, motivation, and, above all, to build networks, so that you, too, can successfully say tomorrow: ‘... the digital strategy of our company has reached every employee - from 18 – 65’”. He continued: “In this sense - from person to person, or P2P - you will also go on a journey of discovery with digital reading, emotional inspiration, silent reflection or even smart (intelligent) smiles. And, as an active designer or doer, please send me your feedback or your story. We look forward to every suggestion, because Digital 2.0 needs us all!”
The sixth issue of the magazine will appear in print in April 2017 and can be ordered, free of charge, by visiting www.dialog-magazin.de.
