Business process management made easy in the Legal Workflow Creation practical workshop

(Frankfurt) An extremely productive day lies behind us: on March 1, we had invited together with our partner the German Institute for Legal Departments and Corporate Lawyers (diruj) to the practical workshop "Legal Workflow Creation" in Frankfurt. Together the participants learned innovative methods and processes to face the challenges in process management and to develop strategies and solutions for their legal departments.

After a welcome by Michael Henning, Managing Partner of diruj, the participants were introduced to the topic through practical presentations by David J. Deutsch, Head of Corporate Legal, HOCHTIEF AG and Michael Schneider, Director/Head of Commercial Law II & Trademarks/Corporate Legal and Compliance, BLANC & FISCHER Corporate Services.

Afterwards, everyone was able to delve deeper into the topics in practical exercises, guided by Steffen Schaar, member of the management of TQG. The team modeled their own digital workflows "hands-on" on the basis of BPMN 2.0 such as approvals, services, approvals, form releases, document assembly or powers of attorney.

At the concluding evening, the discussions and ideas could be further deepened and the participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas with the TQG experts.

Many thanks to diruj for organizing the event and to all speakers and participants!
