Exchange of information and experience with our customers and partners is second-nature for us. As a part of the annual LCM UserGroup our users will get the latest product information – straight and transparent – and customer-oriented subjects will be discussed with users.
The topics are directed specifically to users of TQG businessApp LCM or solutions from The Quality Group product assortment. We will be happy to hear from you if you are not yet a member of this user group but are interested in learning about the content and topics. We will be happy to discuss with you the opportunities for participation and look forward to your inquiry.
The LCM UserGroup takes place annually as part of the DiALOG - Forum for Enterprise Information Management.

The main topic of this year's user meeting was the current LCM version smartLCM Knight, which was shown live in practice for the first time. "We are very pleased with the great interest and positive response to smartLCM Knight and our TQG businessApp platform," says Nadja Wachter, head of the LCM UserGroup. In addition to the information part, the participants again had the opportunity to discuss and design the further development of the businessApp platform with regard to technical basis, process modelling and the user interface in three workshops.
"The opportunity for discussion and participation was very well received again and met with a very positive response from users," says Ralf Liebig, Head of Product Management. "Many of our customers have recognised that the LCM UserGroup is their chance to actively participate in the further development of the businessApp Platform.
In addition, the event naturally also offered plenty of time for exchanging experiences and networking among users and with experts from TQG. "The two days were over much too quickly," says one user. "Especially the interactive parts for design and cooperation have given me a lot of impulses for everyday life".
